List visible saved templates

GET

https://ssuccessv2.com/app/api/v1/get-templates

Returns templates created by the authenticated user or marked public, after removing template types, entities, and merge tags unavailable to the user. The payload field is decoded JSON and own indicates ownership or public admission-card ownership.
